Frequently throughout the month, there are three Banners in rotation. You have the standard wish called “Wanderlust Invocation”, this requires an Acquaint Fate to pull from it and if you save ten of these, it’ll guarantee at least one 4 star or above item or character. This banner is permanent and has no time limit.
The Wanderlust Invocation banner has no time limit.
Then you have Limited-time Events that are split into two banners, one for characters and one for weapons, these require Intertwined Fates. The character limited time events have one promotional 5 star character and three featured 4 star characters and the characters featuring on the banner will have increased odds of obtaining them.
Weapon Event wishes will have two 5 star promotional weapons and five, four star feature weapons, this also has increased probability and like the Wanderlust Invocation banner, if you save ten of the Intertwined fates, you’ll have increased odds. For all banners, if you spend 75 wishes and don’t get a five star character, your odds increase to 20% to obtain them, these odds keep going up until you cap out at 90 wishes, which then you’ll be guaranteed one at 100%.

The Leaves in the Wind is a event which will give you the increased chance of getting the exclusive 5-star character “Scarlet Leaves Pursue Wild Waves” Kazuha at an increased drop rate. You will also have better odds of obtaining the 4-star characters Rosaria, Bennett and Razor whilst this event is running.
