Description

You do need to complete "The Ever Illustrious Regalia" iconThe Ever Illustrious Regalia before this quest will become available. In order to get this quest, you need to have completed the main story and gotten three key items. Two of these are from imperial bases in the main story, while the third item is from an optional one, called "Formouth Garrison" iconFormouth Garrison. Bring the three items ( "Unstable Stabilizer" iconUnstable Stabilizer, "Warped Wings" iconWarped Wings, and the Formouth item is called "Strange Engine" iconStrange Engine) to Cindy at "Hammerhead" iconHammerhead and she will upgrade your vehicle to the !Regalia Type-F. Get on a road and drive, until you see the option to take off, noting that you can only land on roads or else you crash and game over.
