Neon, a significant location within the game. Despite having no specific faction affiliation, Bayu is a powerful and influential figure within the Settled Systems.
As the Administrator of Neon, Benjamin Bayu wields considerable authority. He has established strict control over the drug Aurora, making it illegal not only outside of Neon but also beyond the confines of the 
Astral Lounge. This control grants him significant influence over the distribution and profits associated with Aurora within Neon.
