Once you reach the top of the Foothills, head around to where you find Sindri’s lift and look to the top of the cliff to find the Raven.
Return to the Foothills once you possess the Magic Chisel and enter the Hidden Chamber. Head to the bottom and climb the stairs before turning the camera to face the way you came. The Raven is perched above these stairs.
