Head to Light Elf Shore to the northwest of the Lake of Light in Alfheim and take the path to the left after you dock at the beach. Defeat the enemies in the cave and then head out toward the edge overlooking the lake, to your left is the Raven perched on a pillar.
Return to Alfheim once you possess the Magic Chisel and enter the Hidden Chamber of Odin. At the bottom, in the central chamber, you’ll find a Valkyrie and if you look on the wall, you’ll find a Raven perched there.
