How to Obtain

Obtained by defeating the boss of the same name, found near the Court of Illumination shrine in the Temple of Yellow Flowers area by following the steps below.

• Start by running through the gateway opposite the shrine and taking a left through a building
• Climb the stairs and follow the path to the right
• When you reach the top of a hill, go left and up some more stairs
• Continue following the path down a slope into a large clearing, then interact with some mushrooms to begin the fight!

Aloft
Take the form of Fungiwoman. Drift through the air with a mushroom cap and release spores. Upon landing, crash into the foe as the spores rain down to track and strike them. Spores that hit the foe can return and recover Health.

Equipped Effect

Considerably increases Maximum Health, but moderately reduces Maximum Stamina.
