Obtained when defeating a specific Civet Sergeant enemy near the Brook of Bliss shrine in the Valley of Ecstasy area. To reach it, follow the steps below.

• When facing the shrine, turn around and cross the bridge directly opposite it
• Follow the path to the right down a hill, then turn to the right. You’ll find the enemy standing in a lake.
