Obtained by beating the main story of Black Myth: Wukong and starting New Game Plus.

Its perks are unlocked by beating "Erlang, the Sacred Divinity" iconErlang, the Sacred Divinity and then getting the game’s secret ending; they’ll then be ready to use when you begin new game plus.

Description

in my game it doesnt have any abilities

So I'm already in ng+ in my original run I didn't beat him since I didn't know ge existed does that meant that I'll need to enter ng++++ to max it out instead of ng+++

You'll need to beat Erlang, the Sacred Divinity and get the game's secret ending before going into NG+ to unlock the relic's abilities :)
