When the wearer uses Run and Gun, they gain a +(AGI bonus / 2) bonus damage on their ranged attacks, and Run and Gun does not inflict winded on them.

Location / How to Obtain

Shoot the body from the corpse slide on the lower middle section of the Chasm in Chapter 3 to acquire them. Requires a Ballistic Skill test.
