While the wearer’s weapon has 5 or more base rate of fire, the hit chance of the wearer’s burst attacks is increased by +(3 x BS bonus)% and recoil is negated.

Found inside a locked container on Quetza Temer in Chapter 4. It is on the level with a metal camp base, the one after finding the Forest Dwellers, and the one before finding Calligos in the forest.
