Whenever the wearer parries with a sword, they immediately counter attack, causing the attacking enemy to become staggered. If the attacker is staggered, the wearer’s parry is increased by +(5 0 AGI bonus)%.

Location / How to Obtain

Looted from a box hidden behind two Demolition checks (only one needs passing) in the lower depths of Commoragh in Chapter 3. The level is the same as where you find two companions and the Commissar.
