Location / Where to Find

Awarded for completing the quest chain in Akila City. Speak to the guard, David Wilson, and the last, Keoni, and get the quest, Defensive Measures. This will then unlock False Positives and a few more quests thereafter. At the end of the chain, Keoni gives you the weapon.
