Description

Federal Surveillance Center K-21B, concealed beneath an abandoned shack, serves as a haunting reminder of pre-War governmental surveillance efforts. Located in the desolate Glowing Sea, this underground facility tells a grim tale of abandonment and tragedy.

Background / History

Origin: Constructed as a subterranean surveillance hub by the pre-War government, Federal Surveillance Center K-21B was positioned to endure the aftermath of nuclear devastation. However, the facility’s intended purpose was thwarted by the catastrophic events of the Great War. With scarce provisions and few occupants, the bunker became a tomb for its inhabitants, succumbing to starvation and neglect.

Layout

Exterior: The shack’s porch houses an armor workbench and nuclear waste barrels, masking the entrance to the bunker below.
Interior: Accessed through a trap door, the bunker comprises three levels interconnected by an open shaft. The lowest level features a power armor station, storage trunk, and terminal to reboot the system and activate the elevator to the surface.
