Whenever an ally suffers damage that would make them fall unconscious, the psyker immediately gains an extra turn. During that turn, the psyker can only be used under these conditions.

Prophetic intervention restores the ally’s wounds to the amount they had before the attack that triggered the intervention. However, the Pasyker’s Psy Rating is reduced by -1 until the end of combat.

This power can only be used by Psykers with a Psy Rating of 3 or Higher.
