For 1 round the Assassin becomes the lowest priority target for enemy attacks and gains Elusive:

The Assassin can move through enemies the Assassin gains +AGI bonus% dodge and +PER % dodge reduction the Assassin’s attacks deal +10% additional damage all half cover provides the Assassin 50% cover efficiency.

Elusive fades when the Assassin attacks.
